Sergiy Grebenyuk and Orest Stasiuk contributed to the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee Update

Sergiy Grebenyuk, Partner, Head of Criminal Law Practice, and Orest Stasiuk, Senior Associate of Criminal Law Practice at EPAP Ukraine, contributed to the Ukrainian chapter of the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee Update, Volume IX, No. 2. “Anti-corruption framework under construction in Ukraine”.

The IBA Anti-Corruption Committee Update is aimed to describe the role and standing of corruption victims in criminal proceedings, notably in structured criminal settlements and  is meant to be a practical guide to the existence of legal remedies for corruption victims through criminal proceedings.

The Anti-Corruption Committee provides an international forum for private and public-sector practitioners to meet and discuss anti-corruption laws, compliance practices, enforcement trends and asset recovery issues.
