Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners Ukraine assists one of the world's largest healthcare companies in obtaining merger clearance

EPAP Ukraine has assisted one of the world's largest healthcare companies with merger control issues arising from its acquisition of a CIS-based pharmaceutical company.

The firm’s team advised on all competition law aspects of the transaction, including filing to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and obtaining merger clearance.

Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners' Ukraine competition team was led by Partner Oksana Ilchenko. The other members of the team were Associates Oksana Franko and Nadiia Dmytrenko.
