EPAP Ukraine has advised Intersystems Holdings Inc. ("Intersystems") in connection with obtaining merger clearance with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition of Intersystems by AGCO. The acquisition will expand AGCO’s grain handling and storage business in the fast growing off-farm segment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was closed on August 1, 2014.
